About

The Whiteface Visitor's Bureau invites you to participate in the 18th annual "Festival of Color" scheduled for Saturday, September 10th, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The event will be open to the public and free of charge for visitors.

The festival will feature arts and crafts by regional artisans, fresh baked goods, produce, informational booths and more. Other activities include children's entertainment, pumpkin decorating, and live music. This year Wilmington will be celebrating our 200th birthday and will have a special bicentennial tent with displays from "through the years".

The festival will take place in the center of the Wilmington Business District at Preston Festival Field on Springfield Road. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.

Each artist or vendor will be responsible for their own set-up and any tent or shelter required. You will have a 10x10 space and your display should be in keeping with the theme of the event such as handmade items, artwork, photography, furniture, baked goods, and locally grown produce. We also encourage you to decorate your booth with fall decorations. We will have prizes for the best-looking booths.
