During the upcoming weeks in the Whiteface Region, Whiteface Mountain dominates the events calendar. With live entertainment and some fun and serious competitions, the action doesn’t stop at “The Mountain”.
As far as racing goes, New York Ski Education Foundation will host several races in alpine, free riding and slopestyle. Catch some action on the mountain while taking a break from your own cruising and shredding.
In the Cloudspin Lounge, every weekend brings a band for your apres ski entertainment:
- Saturday Feb. 15: Crosswinds
- Saturday Feb. 22: Chaz Depalo
March bands lineup is still to be announced, but will include entertainment each Saturday in the Cloudspin Lounge.
Planning ahead for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, Shamrock Super Sunday rocks out with all things Irish, including live entertainment and Big Air on the Bag Jump. Try out their giant air bag by jumping off the kicker at the base of Boreen. Way cool. Check out the video above for a glimpse of the fun on the bag.
