TREW To You Community Film with Women of the ADKs
The TREW To You Community Film Tour is coming to the Adirondacks! Come join in on the fun Friday, November 3rd at 6:30pm at the Northcountry School. It will be a night of incredible riding, stoke, and storytelling.
Last year, TREW scoured hundreds of applications from skiers and snowboarders across the U.S. and Canada and selected just 10 teams to create short films showcasing their personality, perspectives, and local stomping grounds. To add some spice, teams had only 6-weeks to film and 4-weeks to edit their film during winter ‘23.
The time has come for us to enjoy the fruits of these teams labor! Come watch the films, get hyped for winter, and have the chance to support the local crew, Team Forever Wild and the Women of the ADKs.
The event will benefit BETA Trail and the work they do building, maintaining, and advocating for a system of community and backcountry trails in the Adirondacks.
The local crew, Team Forever Wild, is drawn together by their love for the 6 million acres that make up the Adirondack park. In their segment of the film, Josey, Caitlin, Maddie, Kyra, and Connor are eager to showcase the understated, rugged beauty of the “Forever Wild” wilderness in Upstate New York and celebrate the wild and wonderful women who ski and ride here.
