Kick Off Your 90 Day Spin Challenge with Riverside Spin

Get through the cold winter months sweating and spinning with others, while transforming your body and mind!

The 90 Day Challenge Kick Off (Saturday, January 6)

The 90 Day Spin Challenge runs from January 6 to April 6, 2024. To kick off the challenge, go to the Riverside Spin studio anytime between 8 - 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 6 for a 15-minute one-on-one session with Gab. Together, you will set your personal goals (anything from weight management to stress relief), manifest a plan to help you achieve your goals, and take your measurements/weight/photo (all to remain confidential).

A bunch of new spin classes have hit the schedule specifically for this challenge, and each class has a theme so you know in advance what you are signing up for. You do not have to participate in the challenge to take a class. You can still come to class and work out regardless. Everyone is welcome—go at your own pace, get that exercise in, and most importantly, have fun!

Class Schedule:

• Mondays: 4 p.m. & 5 p.m.
• Tuesdays: 7:30 a.m.
• Thursdays: 4 p.m. & 5 p.m.
• Fridays: 8:30 a.m.
• Saturdays: 9 a.m. & 10 a.m.

To enter the challenge costs $30. Register for the challenge, then sign up for a spin class!

Day 90 (Friday, April 5)

Stop in to the studio anytime between 3 - 6 p.m. for your one-on-one 15-minute challenge recap with Gab.

Day 91 (Saturday, April 6)

Now it’s time to celebrate! Time and Location TBD – Winners will be named!

The Winner(s) will be based on a blend of consistency and results.

• 1st Place: The participant who attends the greatest number of classes during the challenge will receive BRAGGING RIGHTS as our 2024 Spin Champion AND a 90-minute aromatic scalp massage with hot stones at River Stone Wellness!
• 2nd Place: The participant who loses the most inches and weight combined will receive a 50-minute aromatic scalp massage at River Stone Wellness.
• 3rd Place: The participant with the greatest mind/body transformation will receive the gift of a complimentary reiki session at River Stone Wellness.
