Join Michelle for an intimate experience in our Restorative Yin Yoga Flow class. Delve into a slow-paced, meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching and nourishing the connective tissues. With the support of bolsters and other props, you will gently release tension and restore balance to both body and mind. Explore the flow of chi as you unwind and rejuvenate in a peaceful setting. Restorative Yin Yoga offered Friday mornings at 9:15AM and Restorative Yoga Monday evenings at 5:30PM. Register online in advance.
