Kicking off the backcountry ski season

Join the local ski community in celebrating the start of another great backcountry ski season! December 7, 2024, The Mountaineer will kick off the backcountry ski season along with their supporters ADK Avy, Barkeater Trails Alliance, NoCo Kneedroppers, & Adirondack Powder Skier Association at North Country School in the WallyPAC Theater!

• 5:30pm – Doors open
• 6:00pm – Avalanche Awareness hosted by ADK Avy
• 7:15pm – Greetings from The Mountaineer & Local Non-Profits
• 7:30pm – Films!! (to be announced! visit our website for updates!)

Come kick it with The Mountaineer staff and mingle with like-minded people who enjoy the Adirondack Mountains.

$10 suggested donation or shelf-stable food for the local food pantry
